With a global presence and a fast-growing team, they are now looking for an experienced MEP Engineer, to join the team based in Europe.

As an innovative and driven MEP Engineer with mechanical experience, in this forward-thinking firm, you will:
* Design & Development – Create advanced mechanical & electrical designs for HVAC, liquid cooling, power distribution, and lighting in mission-critical environments.
* System Integration – Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless product and system performance that meets project requirements.
* Load Analysis – Perform in-depth power & cooling calculations to optimize energy efficiency.
* Industry Compliance – Ensure designs meet ASHRAE, ISO/IEC, IEEE, NEC, LEED, and other key standards.
* Project Management – Support planning, scheduling, and budgeting, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
* Vendor Coordination – Partner with vendors & contractors to assess equipment options and oversee system installations.
* Performance Optimisation – Conduct system evaluations & load testing to enhance efficiency & reliability.
* Technical Documentation – Prepare and maintain design specifications, reports, and drawings.
Experience Required:
* Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
* 5+ years’ experience in mechanical/electrical design (preferably in data centres or mission-critical facilities).
* Strong understanding of HVAC, power distribution, and energy efficiency practices.
* Familiarity with design standards such as ASHRAE, IEEE, ISO, Uptime Institute, TIA-942 etc.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, and similar engineering software.
* Problem-solving mindset with a passion for optimizing system performance.
