Your Key Responsibilities | DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide post sales technical support, configurations, troubleshooting, and standard methodologies to customers via phone, e-mail, and web.
* Handle support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups finished in a timely manner.
* Take ownership over maintaining good communication lines with the customer to keep them informed.
* Prioritize and manage several open issues at a time.
* Use fault isolation and root cause analysis skills to diagnose and tackle complicated technical issues.
* Work to reproduce customer issues and qualify critical issues.
* Provide on-call support on an as needed basis.
* Take ownership of user problems, work to challenging SLA targets maintaining an interest in the ultimate resolution of an incident.
* Ensure all issues are properly logged.
REQUISITOS Qualifications / Requirements | PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications required:
* Prior experience in similar Technical Support Centers.
* Cybersecurity knowledge.
* Experience required with Palo Alto Networks.
* Certification required or similar experience level: Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE).
* Ability to independently debug broad, complex, and unparalleled networks with mixed media and protocols required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluent knowledge of English / Spanish. French is a plus.
* Knowledge of any other major European language will be an advantage.
Qualifications desired:
* Experience with Cisco, Checkpoint & Juniper (Netscreen) products are a plus.
