What is the objective of this position? What is the expected outcome?
We are looking for professionals to expand our manufacturing process engineering team for aerospace component Rotor.
You will join a young and multidisciplinary team working on major long-term projects for the civil and defense aviation industry.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* CNC Programming: Developing programs that guide machines in cutting, milling, turning, and other manufacturing processes.
* Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and interpreting technical drawings and designs to understand the specifications of the parts to be manufactured.
* Tool Selection: Choosing the appropriate tools and configuring machines according to project requirements.
* Testing and Adjustments: Running program tests on machines and making adjustments to ensure the quality and precision of manufactured parts.
* Collaboration: Working closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to optimize processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
What profile are we looking for?
* A professional interested in working in a productive environment and in highly complex manufacturing processes, with communication skills to coordinate with different disciplines.
* Education: Degree in Engineering or Vocational Training. Training in different programming areas and machining processes.
* Required Experience: Previous experience in machining processes and CNC/CAD/CAM programming.
* Valuable knowledge: Knowledge of machining and programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Unigraphics/NX, etc.).
* Languages: Knowledge of Spanish will be valued.

What training will you receive to carry out the work?
You will be trained in:
* CNC/CAD/CAM programming software (Fanuc, Siemens, NX, etc.).
* Rotating turbine engine components, their function, materials, and key elements.
* Cutting tools.
* Production management.
* Conventional manufacturing processes.
* Manufacturing process management tools (Teamcenter).
