We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team and drive revenue growth.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

What will you be doing:
* Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and presentations to contract negotiation and deal closure.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with the marketing and sales development teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize conversion rates.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Hubspot), tracking all interactions and sales progress.
* Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance our products, services, and customer experience.
* Exceed sales targets by consistently closing high-value deals and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
* Hit your monthly and quarterly KPIs, directly impacting business growth.
Although we offer flexible hours and remote work, this position is for our office in Madrid, so you will be asked to attend different face-to-face meetings each month.
# Key Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Client Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting future revenue and opportunities.
* Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and secure long-term partnerships with clients.
* Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align business goals and maximize impact.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to senior leadership.
# The Skillset
* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related industry.
* Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage sales pipelines and track performance.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Deep understanding of the sales cycle and ability to tailor approaches for different customer needs.
* Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
* BONUS: Experience in social media, digital marketing, or advertising is a plus.
