YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Powertrain Performance Leader is responsible for:
1. Monitor, evaluate and provide final opinion in all or one of the folllowing areas: Driveability and performance Fuel efficiency, pollutant emissions and OBD NVH (noise, vibration, harshness)
2. Lead the convergence of the development of gasoline and hybrid on these performances
3. In serial-life, make sure that cost reduction initiatives do not risk the powertrain performance level
Additionally, the Global Powertrain Performance Leader is also responsible for:
- Lead a team of experts to achieve internal development targets on new engines and vehicles
- Synthesis management with PPCs emissions/consumption, drivability and NVH
- One voice from all performances to the project manager
- Reporting to the Quality team and project during the development of the project.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Good English level. French is a plus.
- Engineering degree or similar. Master degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in PWT calibration (or related topics)
- Knowledge of powertrain performances (Fuel efficiency/Pollutant emissions | Drivability | NVH)
- Project Management (Timing, quality, deliverables, reporting)
- High sense of responsibility, goal-orientation and teamwork skills.
- Extra curriculum activities like Formula Student is a plus.
- Matlab knowledge is desirable.
- Driving license is needed.
