Job Summary:
The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s commercial strategy, securing key partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven leader with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy.
Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities.
Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring high performance.
Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring profitability and long-term client relationships.
Stay ahead of market trends, policy changes, and competitive dynamics to inform business strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with project execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales leadership roles.
Strong understanding of the renewable energy market and key industry players .
A track record of closing large-scale deals and securing key partnerships.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate sales teams to exceed targets.
Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
Willingness to travel within Spain and internationally as needed.
