The Human Resources Intern role will provide assistance to the Human Resources team in various HR tasks, in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding and compliance. Through this role, the intern will: assist with hiring processes, help create a welcoming experience for new employees, ensure company policies align with labor laws, and maintain organized and accurate employee records. Additionally, the role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel, and fluency in English and Spanish to contribute effectively to HR operations.

Key Responsibilitie
* Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
* Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
* Schedule interviews and prepare interview materials.
* Help coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to create engagement content and events
* Assist in ensuring company policies comply with labor laws and HR best practices.
* Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and handled with confidentiality.
* Assist in internal communication efforts related to HR activities.
* Work closely with the HR team to support daily operations.
What We’re Looking
* Minimum of 1 year of work experience in HR
* Utilize Canva and PowerPoint
* Strong organizational multitasking and detail oriented abilities.
* Proficient in using G-Suite, Canva and Powerpoint.
* Strong interest in HR practices and a desire to grow within the field.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Prior internships or related experience (preferred, not required).
* Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent or Native in English and Spanish.
