At Primer Impacto, leaders in brand management at points of sale, we’re growing and looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Administration Department. If you’re proactive, love challenges, and have experience in administrative tasks and procurement, we’d love to meet you!
Your Responsibilities:
* Organize and manage documentation (filing, drafting, and reviewing).
* Handle phone calls and emails.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
* Manage databases and administrative processes.
What We’re Looking For:
* Education: CFGS in Administration and Finance or similar.
* Experience: At least 1 year in similar roles.
* Skills: Advanced Excel, strong communication and negotiation abilities, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
* Language: High proficiency in English.
* Availability for immediate start.
What We Offer:
* Permanent contract.
* Annual salary: €18,000–€20,000 gross.
* Initial and ongoing training.
* Work in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
* Hybrid schedule: Work from our Badalona office and enjoy 1–2 days of remote work per week.
Schedule:
* Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:30 PM
* Friday: 8:30 AM–3:30 PM
