You will be responsible for managing the commercial relationship with all food industrial manufacturers for the food ingredients products on the Spanish market. In close cooperation with the direction and production plants, you will build strategies to develop the sales volume with current customers and prospects. You will coordinate the price negotiations with the factories according to customer needs.As key responsibilities we can highlight the following:Contribute to the definition of the commercial roadmap on his/her portfolio: target product categories and estimate business potential and ensure its displayingEstablish and manage sales targets and budgets for his/her portfolioEnter and update opportunities/negotiations in the CRM toolDevelop and maintain strong relationship with the portfolio customers and prospectsNegotiate the purchase terms with the factories and the sales terms with the customersTrack sales by account and by productMonitor and settle customers troublesMarket trends and competitor monitoringDefine forecasts for his/her portfolioCollaborate with factories to comply with the Group's commercial policy and define commercial conditionsContribute to innovation and development projects in collaboration with the Marketing/Quality/Supply teams and with factoriesReporting to the Country ManagerOur ideal candidate will have:Master DegreeAt least 4-5 years of sales experience in BtoB food ingredients market including at least 1-2 rounds of negotiations with the customers as Key Account ManagerExperience in the BtoB sales and account managementIn-depth understanding of food ingredients market and trendsNegotiation with BtoB customersAbility to analyze sales data and use the results to make improvementsGood knowledge of CRM and project management toolsFluency in English for daily professional practiceTeam workCommunication (internal with project teams + external with customers and factories)Proposal bringing in negotiationsCustomer oriented and driven by sales and challengeApply now#J-18808-Ljbffr
