Job Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the operation of Retail Management for POSM design/ Production/ Retail Deployment.
2. SO monitoring ensure retailer SO Target achievement
3. Retail Penetration Analysis - Analysis market insight to ensure the retail coverage manage to penetrate the market
4. Retail Co-Marketing Campaign - Responsible on Roadshow activity, setup, calculation on ROI, retail seasonal campaign implementation and achieve SO
5. Feild Force management - Responsible on Hiring / Execution / KPI Setting and agency management.
Job Requirements：
1. Spanish is a must. English is preffered.
2.Those who have been engaged in the complete operation of Retail Management for 3 years or more, and relevant operation experience in the consumer electronic product industry are preferred;
3. Good in data analysis and ROI calculation to ensure every campaign fully utilize the budget
4. Independant to take responsibility to manage suppliers and negotiation with retailers.
5. Have certain logical thinking, management and coordination ability, operation execution ability, learning ability and stress resistance.
