Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Credit Risk Models Analyst to join our Retail Credit Risk Team within ING Risk Domain.
The responsibility of this team is to oversight the risk in the Spanish Retail Lending portfolio during the whole credit lifecycle, and our way of working is 100% flexible, in small subject-expert areas, and with a continuous interaction with international teams.
Your key responsibilities:
As a Credit Risk Model Analyst you will:
Positively contribute to the development and maintenance of IRB & IFRS9 models
Collaborate to identify and mitigate risks through appropriate levels of capital and provisions
Ensure the Retail Lending portfolios growth on a sustainable fashion.

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Statistics, Maths or Econometrics.
* Experience on retail lending portfolios, developing/monitoring/validating regulatory credit risk models from banking or consultancy.
* Excellent knowledge of statistics and/or mathematics, as well as programming, preferably in SAS and/or SQL.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of banking and financial industry, preferably on the Retail Lending side.
* Independent, creative and pro-active mind-set. Focus on delivering pragmatic and feasible solutions.
* Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
* Eager to lead projects.
