The position is located in Madrid, Spain, within a dynamic & challenging environment and multicultural team.
Which missions will you lead?
The mission of Performance & IIoT sales support junior is to assist the Finance Manager and Marketing Directors of the AVEVA Competency Center business in the following areas:
* Sales support:
o Give detailed insights on opportunity sales pipeline performance
o Follow sales conversion from opportunities to sales booking
o Determine the sales subscription by countries/offers to enable sales excellence practices
* Sales reporting:
o Build the sales reporting for Digital offers within the Industry Business Unit in compliance with group rules
o Participate in improving the sales reporting process for Digital offers in relation to other Line of business within the Industry Business Unit
o Communicate the sales performance to Digital Factory management/team on a regular basis
* Support DTE lead to build opportunity pipeline & follow the orders booking conversion
* Support the Offer marketing organization (Ex: Drive AVEVA engagement, GTM Strategy and Buyer Journey at Industrial Automation software level, potential business plan or ad-hoc market studies)
* Assist the LOBORM (Line of Business Offer Referential Manager) in the Commercial reference portfolio management:
o Work on the PMO campaign to align the offer referential pyramid with offer managers and sales team through Product Information Management tool (PIM)
o Continually update Commercial references attributes so that it reflects in the multiple dashboards in SE Intel (Invoiced sales, net orders, vitality index…)
o Ensure cooperation between Sales team, Data team and Offer Managers regarding Booking Rules
* Ensure Schneider Electric standards and guidelines are followed for Plant Apps and IA Software Product line
What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Strong educational background with a master’s degree from a Business/Engineering School
Work experience: Internship or similar in Offer marketing and Business analyst
Skills: Excellent MS PowerPoint, Excel skills and presentation writing skills; experience with Tableau, Salesforce and Power BI is a plus
Requested languages: Fluent in English, French and/or Spanish is a plus
Personal abilities or skills: A high attention to detail towards data-driven insights. Good interpersonal skills and collaborative team player; ability to connect with people easily working with a multi-national and multi-cultural team spread across different locations. Good written and oral communication skills are a must. Rigorous, curious and enthusiastic are essential qualities.
