Multinational company located in Bilbao wishes to incorporate a person to service desk analyst reports hierarchically to the IT Manager.
Activities:
1. Ensuring ongoing operations and providing L2 and L3 support to users.
2. Support of Windows servers, VMWare and VEEAM infrastructure.
3. Managing permissions and file sharing via Active Directory.
4. Coordination of external and internal IT partners.
5. Participation in the selection and introduction of new IT solutions.
6. Planning and implementation of local projects.
7. Cooperation and local implementation of Global projects.
8. Management of the relationship with the country's Business line leaders.
9. Management of the relationship with the country's IT service providers.
10. Documentation of the system landscape.
Skills and Soft Skills:
1. Good knowledge of English.
2. Good knowledge of Windows Server management.
3. Knowledge of Office 365, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
4. Good knowledge of VMWare infrastructure.
5. Knowledge of VEEAM.
