We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue strategy, sales, and marketing efforts to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the company’s revenue growth strategy across all business units.
* Drive sales and revenue growth initiatives to maximize profit generation.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.
* Oversee pricing strategies, revenue forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
* Align sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
* Collaborate with product and operations teams to enhance customer experience and lifetime value.
* Monitor and improve customer acquisition, retention, and upselling strategies.
* Develop and oversee revenue-related budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations related to revenue operations.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience (10+ years) in revenue leadership roles.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a results-oriented approach.
* Proven ability to develop and execute revenue growth strategies.
* Expertise in pricing models, financial forecasting, and performance analysis.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation, and data analytics.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
* Experience in digital transformation and automation of sales and marketing processes
* Knowledge of revenue optimization methodologies (e.g., subscription models, SaaS pricing)
* Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks
* Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
