We’re looking for:
The Patient Care Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of patient care services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality healthcare services while fostering a patient-centric culture. The manager will collaborate with medical staff, administrative teams, and other departments to meet organizational goals and regulatory compliance.
* Oversee the daily operations of patient care services, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and service delivery.
* Collaborate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize workflows and resource utilization.
* Ensure a positive patient experience by addressing concerns and implementing feedback-driven improvements.
* Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and develop strategies to enhance the patient journey.
* Train, and mentor staff in patient care operations.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to foster professional development.
* Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage scheduling to meet operational demands.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
* Promote a culture of safety by implementing and monitoring risk management strategies.
* Analyze operational performance metrics and generate reports for leadership.
* Use data insights to drive improvements in patient care and operational efficiency.
* Prepare and manage the patient care operations budget.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising care quality.
What you need to be successful:
* Fluent in English & Spanish (other languages will be a plus).
* At least +4 years of working experience leading an operations team.
* Nice-have: previous experience in the dental sector.
* Experience working in multiple countries.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of process improvement.
* Proven skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.
* Hands-on experience with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
* Proficiency in healthcare management software and tools
* Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
