Asesores y Gestores International Recruitment Group is currently looking for a Senior Planner Europa in Madrid.
The Senior Planner will lead, support, and mentor a team of project planners to implement and control the integrated project performance by monitoring progress, evaluating options, forecasting, and communicating the effects of change, variations, and delayed information on the project. This will include reporting on the status of the master program against contract completion and milestone dates and required resource levels.
The Senior Planner will contribute to input on the Risk Register and contractual matters, on all aspects related to project performance and contractual obligations, and support and guide the elaboration of migration plans and claims.
Programs should be prepared using Primavera P6 software to their maximum potential.
Requirements
* Total experience 8 – 10 years.
* English proficiency minimum C1.
* Based in Madrid (Spain) with the flexibility to travel the Northeast region.
* Working stability in first-class construction or engineering companies, ideally in Europe and the UK.
* Experience in delivering projects of over 100 million Euros.
* Experience in designing and building projects.
* Experience in Building and Civil projects.
* Master user in Primavera and able to integrate with BIM 4D.
Responsibilities
* Assisting the tendering team and in-house and external planning resources in the production of tender programmes, providing integrated and coordinated design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover programs including resourcing and BIM interfacing as required.
* Ensuring that all programs meet the requirements of and are compliant with the contract, the SPP, and the overall target design, procurement, and construction program.
* Ensuring that all programs reflect the developed scope of work agreed upon by the project team.
Delivery Stage
* Providing contractual understanding, focusing on scope, design, construction, commissioning, interfaces, key milestones, and specific contract reporting/notification requirements.
* Supporting multiple project planners in developing detailed programme baselines.
* Ensuring consideration of all required input from external stakeholders (partners, vendors, subcontractors, clients) and the integration of all parties’ schedules in an overall project master schedule.
* Supervising the production of baseline progress “S” curves from a list of activities, assigned weights, progress steps, and schedule dates.
* Promptly advising PM and the relevant responsible for any relevant deviations against the baseline.
* Monitoring progress on all the programs to provide information on the status of the project concerning the percentage of work done against planned.
* Providing input as required to the project Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports following the internal reporting requirements and input monthly to the Work Period Report as per the contractual requirements.
