Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business to Business (B2B) Sales Development Representative (SDR)/Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at IVM Markets.
You will report directly to the Commercial Director and enjoy a competitive package including a EUR30,000 base salary + commission scheme, remote work flexibility, unlimited travel allowance, and full holidays flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead qualification and proactive outreach to target accounts.
2. Set up meetings for Account Executives.
3. Meet the quota of qualified leads per week/month.
4. Maintain a robust pipeline and manage detailed records of client interactions within our CRM system, ensuring a level of pipeline adequate to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
* MUST BE FROM wealth tech, capital markets tech, or investing tech; if you are not from these areas, your CV will not be considered.
* A hunter mentality with a proven track record of new business acquisition.
* 4-8 years of experience in a similar role within SaaS or financial technology solutions, specifically catering to buy-side clients.
* Strong relationship management and communication skills.
* Proficiency in English and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
* Experience in selling SaaS to financial markets clients.
* A passion for financial technology and a desire to understand customer needs deeply.
* Strong influencing skills and the ability to become a trusted advisor to decision-makers.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Interview Process:
1. Two-stage interview process directly with one (or two) of the co-founders and the commercial director.
2. Stage 1: General discussion.
3. Stage 2: Technical discussion to test your product knowledge and client base.
