Position Objective
Drive user acquisition and brand recognition for BitMart in the Latin American and Spanish-speaking markets, expanding market share and presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. KOL Outreach and Partnerships
Identify and build relationships with KOLs such as financial influencers, cryptocurrency experts, and social media personalities. Develop targeted promotional plans, oversee execution, and ensure achievement of partnership goals.
Regularly evaluate and optimize KOL performance to support user growth objectives.
2. Community and Social Media Management
Manage BitMart’s official X (formerly Twitter) account and Telegram communities.
Create high-quality content, including visuals, text, and short videos, to boost engagement and strengthen the brand image.
Actively interact with users and collaborate with other well-known accounts to enhance activity and exposure.
3. Marketing Campaigns and Trend Engagement
Monitor market trends and capitalize on regional hot topics to increase brand relevance.
Design and implement creative marketing campaigns to build brand influence in the region.
Analyze campaign data and optimize strategies to improve effectiveness and ROI.
4. User Growth Initiatives
Design and execute user acquisition and conversion campaigns tailored to the scale and characteristics of different channels.
Conduct ROI assessments before campaign launches to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Collaborate with design, technical teams, and KOLs to facilitate seamless campaign execution.
Manage post-campaign tasks, including reward distribution and addressing user inquiries, ensuring a positive user experience.
Review and iterate on campaign results to continuously improve effectiveness.
5. Channel Operations and Growth Opportunities
Track business growth metrics within the designated region and analyze user behavior and market changes.
Support the BD team in driving agent promotion follow-ups and improving conversion rates.
Identify potential growth opportunities and propose tailored market expansion strategies.
Gather user feedback to assist the product team in enhancing user experience and product functionality.
Qualifications
1. Language Skills
Excellent proficiency in English & Spanish (written and spoken) for effective communication and collaboration.
Fluency in Portuguese is a strong advantage.
2. Industry Experience
Prior experience in BD or marketing within the cryptocurrency exchange or related sectors.
Strong understanding of the blockchain and digital asset industry, including current trends and market dynamics.
3. Marketing and Operational Expertise
Proven experience in KOL outreach and management, with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to guide campaigns and optimize strategies.
4. Personal Attributes
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to coordinate with design, technical, and operations teams.
Strong communication and execution capabilities, able to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
Highly self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure to meet goals.
