Key Responsibilities
* Real-time monitoring of critical systems and applications to promptly detect incidents.
* Log, classify, and prioritize incidents, resolving low-impact issues and escalating more complex ones.
* Collaborate with technical teams and other departments to ensure incident resolution.
* Conduct preliminary analysis and apply basic solutions to recurring incidents.
* Maintain detailed incident records and generate status and resolution reports.
* Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLA timeframes.
* Follow established operational procedures for incident management.
* Escalate critical or complex incidents with complete and accurate information.
* Propose process improvements for incident management based on operational experience.
Technical Competencies
* Minimum B2 level of English required.
* Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident logging and prioritization.
* Solid understanding of basic infrastructure: networks, servers, databases, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
* Ability to generate reports and interpret operational logs using tools like Excel or Power BI.
* Basic scripting skills to automate operational tasks.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly in incident, problem, and change management.
* Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog.

* Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in critical situations.
* A problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on efficiency and collaboration.
