Develops scenarios to plan lifecycle events or demand changes, analyze risks, and propose network solutions while collaborating with manufacturing strategy, commercial teams, and business units to align demand and supply plans. Project manage technical events and non-priority launches, build strong stakeholder relationships, and monitor demand and supply trends to ensure supply chain resiliency and efficiency. A successful candidate should be able to identify and assess potential capacity/ supply challenges or other risks and recommend appropriate actions to leadership. The role requires strong teamwork with manufacturing sites, Network Planning Leads, Flavor Managers, and Platform Leads to understand individual products, resources, capacities/constraints, technical agendas, marketplace dynamics, regulatory changes, etc. This position is key to ensuring the reliable supply of medicine to our patients.Key Objectives/Deliverables: Lead or represent Global Supply Planning (GSP) on cross-functional teams, responding to challenges, resolving issues, and overcoming barriers (ex. shortages). Develop models and scenarios to plan lifecycle events or demand changes (utilizing planning systems and tools, ex. Kinaxis). Analyze scenarios and clearly articulate challenges and/or risks, evaluate mitigations, and propose network solutions.Collaborate with manufacturing strategy, commercial teams/ Labeling, Marketing, and Regulatory (LMR), and business units (BUs) to understand demand and present scenarios/ risks during Business Plan, Global Supply and Operations Planning (GSOP) meetings, and reflect in applicable systems (SAP, Kinaxis, etc.). Project manages technical events to safeguard resiliency, realize efficiencies and maintain supply (ex. flavor management, source adds/changes). Project manage secondary launches such as line-extensions, flavor changes, or new indications. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to anticipate understand drivers for change.Monitor closely demand trends, supply trends, regulatory milestones and inventory relative to target.Develop presentations and written communications for senior manufacturing leadership, business units, affiliates, and other relevant stakeholders. Basic Requirements: 10+ years across supply chain and project management. BS in Operations, Supply Chain, or similar Additional Preferences: MBA PreferredPrior experience in multiple supply chain functions including planning. Strong data and analytical skills with proven ability to communicate effectively. Experienced in SAP, SAP-IBP, Excel, Kinaxis or similar planning system APICS Certification Experience running cross-functional projects Collaborate effectively with manufacturing sites and functional leadership, business units (BUs), and affiliate leadership.
