Junior Key Account Manager Home&Sports
Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, ES
Miravia is looking for a Junior Key Account Manager for our Home & Sports division.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of key sellers in the Home industry, including responsibility for GMV growth and negotiation at the C-level of the strategic plan.
2. Define and execute growth strategies for sellers on the platform.
3. Engage in business development to convince retailers and distributors to cooperate with Alibaba.
4. Negotiate with key sellers and promote local selection while ensuring business goals are achieved.
5. Prioritize seller growth based on market opportunity and product mix.
6. Analyze user demand for commodities and formulate annual product promotion rhythms.
7. Maintain positive relationships with key accounts and provide guidance on platform operations.
8. Understand new business opportunities and implement strategies with sellers.
9. Utilize analytical thinking for data handling and problem-solving.
10. Provide technical guidance on integration methods between seller ERP systems and the marketplace.
11. Conduct comprehensive analysis based on multi-dimensional data systems to inform business choices.
Job Requirements:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above.
2. At least 1 year of experience as a Key Account Manager in a marketplace or with distributors/retailers/brands.
3. Experience in seller operations and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
4. Fluent in English and Spanish.
5. Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
6. Proficient in data processing and analysis, especially Excel.
