Through our Center of Excellence (CoE), we centralize and streamline processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for our clients.
About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Project Manager – Global Transition Projects to lead the coordination and workflow of international compliance and reporting projects. This role plays a critical part in managing the transition from former client service providers or internal teams to our CoE team, ensuring alignment with global standards and a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead international transition projects within the Global Compliance & Reporting service.
* Serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project deliverables.
* Monitor and optimize reporting processes to ensure compliance with international regulations.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with process transitions.
* Implement best practices and methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
* Drive initiatives related to IT tools and system optimization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to align objectives and ensure smooth project execution.
* Identify new service opportunities based on client needs.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Project Management certifications are a plus).
* Proven experience in compliance, financial, or regulatory reporting projects within a global environment.
* Strong project management and coordination skills, especially in international settings.
* Ability to work in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Experience with change management and KPI tracking.
* Client-facing experience and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
* Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict reporting deadlines.
* Knowledge of accounting or auditing standards and regulations.
* Experience working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
* Previous experience in coordinating accounting/outsourcing projects.
