JOB TITLE: NOA Data Administrative Assistant
DEPARTMENT: NOA (Sales Administration) – CDS
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY – SUMMARY:
A data checking and comparison project on a large quantity of electronically stored documents. Accurately recording differences/variances and maintaining and communicating results.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Methodically and accurately check data between large Excel spreadsheet reports and Documentum electronic storage – training will be given on Documentum.
2. Insert columns and rows on Excel reports as necessary in order to record differences and variances.
3. Ensure every record is accurately checked and documented on report.
4. Ensure updated reports are named and saved accurately to avoid loss of updated data.
5. Communicate efficiently and promptly on any issues arising.
6. Give daily updates to Sr. SAM-Europe.
7. If printing of documents becomes necessary, ensure all such documents are shredded as per existing NOA standards.
8. Any other project-related task as requested by Sr. SAM-Europe.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
2. Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Software, especially Excel.
3. Excellent skill level of comparing, recognizing, and recording detailed data.
4. Ability to work on this project independently.
5. Ability to communicate clearly and promptly on any issues and updates.
6. Excellent analytical skills.
