ROLE SCOPE
* The role covers responsibility for S&OP process deployment at all Stada markets, connectivity, and consistent concept across all S&OP level from Country, Cluster to global levels. The role can act as COE back-up for the Global demand role.
S&OP GLOBAL LEAD RESPONSABILITIES
* To develop the standardized, business-focused forward-looking cross-functional Sales and Operations Planning culture supported by Global Supply Chain strategy, standards in communications, cross-functional metrics across involved functions, and shared x-functional responsibilities.
* To establish clear organizational expectations, commitments, and metrics as part of the S&OP journey.
* To support the pilot and rollout of the S&OP across all levels. Maintain coordination with in-market supply chain leads and business stakeholders to deploy similar ways of working depending on the market and business need, building on common global metrics, tools, and processes to bring together all the plans into one integrated set of plans – sales, marketing, development, manufacturing, sourcing, and financial.
* Ensure the use of Global algorithms and tools for key performance indicators reporting and analysis across all Stada affiliates. Work with the IT team on S&OP KPIs and standard S&OP templates automation.
* Support documentation of S&OP standards and training & coaching to drive implementation. Conduct regular feedback sessions with in-market Supply Chain leads to strengthen local Demand expertise. Foster via regular communication and change management process the culture of decision-making based on balanced short, mid-term, and long-term reviews. Build in coordination with x-functional stakeholders strong local S&OP expertise.
* Participate in local S&OP process forums to identify and share the best practices and E2E thinking. Prevent the S&OP process from drifting into an unproductive, unfocused process. Ensure focus remains on the execution of plans, and continuous improvement across the organization.
* To provide regular communication on the addressed operational gaps to demonstrate the value of S&OP enhancement. To collect continuously feedback from stakeholders on further process improvements and innovations to maintain successful S&OP.
* To align with finance, and all other stakeholders on the roadmap to evolve company S&OP process into Integrated Business Planning – cross-functional aligned plans in volumes and value.
GLOBAL DEMAND PLANNING TEMPORARY RESPONSABILITIES
* Development of demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
* Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, validate quality of forecasts using exception reports.
* Challenge the affiliates forecast and demand reasons / explanations / corrections in case of big deviations.
* Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
* Monthly reconciliation of the RFC versus BDG (or BGT updates) / Actuals. Work with IT on the analytics automation addressing Tableau functionality to maintain different versions of BDG and LO.
* Develop, maintain and usage follow up for newcomers onboarding templates in Global SC areas.
REQUIREMENTS
* At least 5 years of experience as Demand planner or S&OP.
* SAP IBP for Demand.
* Supply chain Know-How.
* Cross-functional experience.
* Open to travel 20%-30% of the working schedule.
