The successful candidate will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and client expectations related to operational excellence, quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement are fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify if transport operators treat all passengers fairly and in accordance with their rights.
* Understand customers' unique situations and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
* Manage legal claims with different actors, including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies, to assess customers' claiming foundations properly.
Your Qualifications:
* Hold a high level of French (C2) and fluency in English (B2).
* possess excellent communication skills.
* Have previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus.
* Be proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
