About Private Client Consultancy
Private Client Consultancy is a growing financial services firm that helps expats and international clients with retirement planning, investment strategies, and wealth management. As we continue to expand our presence, we’re looking for a sales-driven, people-focused individual to join our team and turn online conversations into qualified leads.
The Role
This is a frontline, sales-oriented role focused on organic lead generation through Facebook. You’ll be responsible for actively engaging in relevant Facebook groups and conversations, identifying opportunities, and initiating real human connections that lead to new business.
We’re not looking for someone to hide behind ads — we want someone who’s proactive, personable, and hungry to uncover opportunities through real conversations. If you love social interaction, know how to ask the right questions, and have a natural instinct for sales — this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Join and monitor expat, investment, and retirement-focused Facebook groups.
* Spot potential clients by engaging with posts, comments, and discussions.
* Reach out through thoughtful, value-led comments and DMs, turning casual interaction into genuine sales opportunities.
* Build rapport in a friendly, professional, and conversational tone – no hard sales tactics.
* Ask the right questions to qualify leads organically.
* Pass warm, high-quality leads to our financial advisors with context from the conversation.
* Follow up when needed to keep interest warm and relationships strong.
Trend Spotting & Community Insight:
* Stay on top of group conversations to identify pain points, trends, and lead triggers.
* Offer suggestions on new group opportunities or outreach angles to improve reach and results.

What We Offer
€18,000 salary + performance-based bonuses— the more leads you bring in, the more you earn.
