Job Overview: This is a full-time remote independent contractor position. Compensation is $6.00/hour USD (based on experience). We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Admin/HR Assistant/Recruiting Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's recruitment efforts, providing day-to-day support for all HR-related functions, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth and seamless operational efficiency. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving growth and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day recruitment responsibilities including but not limited to:
* Managing the applicant tracking system (Manatal)
* Creating and posting job advertisements
* Conducting proactive outreach to candidates
* Resume screening
* Conducting initial interviews
* Provide Admin support for all human resources responsibilities.
* Assist with task management to ensure team members are completing tasks on time.
* Assist with scheduling and facilitating meetings.
* Be a peer accountability partner.
* Conduct research.
* Create and update Word and Excel documents.
* Special projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Administrative/HR assistant/Recruitment role.
* Strong time management, project management, and people skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Assertive (i.e., direct and clear communication with confidence), trustworthy, and proactive.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
