* Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat
* Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem
* Troubleshooting, innovation, and change management are part of the daily business
* You will use the latest technology and AI integrations and become an expert in this field
* Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms
* Responsible for Trustpilot reviews improving overall company NPS through excellent service
* Flagging and escalation of customer queries and coming up with suitable solutions
* Mapping and improving business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction
Requirements
* Native level German and fluent English
* Customer service experience minimum 6 months
* Excellent communication skills
* An interest in innovation (think chatbot-integrations)
* You can think outside the box to always find a solution for the customer
* A technical background is an advantage
* You are proficient with computers and can type at lightning speed
