We're looking for a junior to mid-level Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Málaga. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base across key industries such as Entertainment, Music, Sports, and Corporate Merchandising. As part of a dynamic and creative team, you'll focus on:

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
1. Research and Identify New Business Opportunities: Use LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other tools to identify new leads. Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria. Engage with decision-makers and relevant stakeholders. Build relationships with potential clients and partners to drive sales opportunities.
2. CRM Management: Import new leads and manage existing contacts in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Organise contacts by industry, region, and lead status, and assign relevant properties. Track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion to meetings or opportunities. Report on performance metrics, activity levels, and sales pipeline, providing insight into lead generation effectiveness. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss lead generation results, refine strategies, and align on company goals. Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs to help shape Festibax's business development approach.
3. Ongoing Training & Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and new tools or platforms to optimise outreach efforts. Attend internal training sessions to enhance your skills and grow within the business development role.

3. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a bonus).

7. Experience Level: Beginner to mid-level. While prior experience in business development or sales is preferred, we are open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the role.
8. Passion: A love for festivals, concerts, and events is an advantage.
