As a Manager at Accenture, you will take on a leadership role in project execution, oversee workstreams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development. You will not only execute and oversee transformation projects but also take an active role in shaping Accenture’s growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client proposals, and strengthening long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact transformation initiatives while mentoring and developing junior team members.
The Work:
We are expanding our Iberia Talent & Organization team and looking for experienced Managers with a strong track record in HR transformation and organizational change. As a Manager, you will be expected to drive client engagements, oversee the execution of transformation programs, and actively participate in business development efforts.
A typical project might include the following activities:
1. Leading transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent strategies.
2. Managing client relationships, understanding their challenges, and shaping solutions tailored to their needs.
3. Overseeing the execution of complex projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
4. Designing and implementing interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness, leveraging Accenture’s methodologies, assets, and tools.
5. Conducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to develop effective engagement strategies.
6. Developing transformation roadmaps, including next-generation communication strategies and training programs.
7. Measuring the effectiveness of interventions using data-driven approaches and storytelling methods.
8. Supporting business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding client relationships.
9. Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Here’s What You Need:
1. 6+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large-scale environments.
2. Minimum bachelor’s degree.
3. Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are essential.
4. Proficiency in at least one other language.
5. For positions in the Barcelona office, proficiency in Catalan is required.
6. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
7. Cultural sensitivity and proven experience working in multinational environments.
8. Experience with analytics is an asset.
9. Advanced functional knowledge of HR technology solutions (Workday, SSFF, others) is valued.
10. Experience in Change Management within S4H environments is valued.
11. Professional certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or HR transformation methodologies are a plus.
