Minimum Qualifications:
1. Engineering degree with 3-5 years of work experience
2. Technical skills (solar PV), purchasing and negotiation appreciated
3. Autonomy, efficiency, sense of priorities and entrepreneurial firm performance culture
4. Capacity for analysis and synthesis, to open up new topics and be creative
5. Ability to listen and leadership of multidisciplinary teams
6. Fluent in English (min B2) and Spanish
Job Description:
Reporting to the PV Operation and Maintenance manager of TotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica (“TERIb”), the O&M project manager is a member of the PV Technical Asset Management (“TAM”) team. The O&M project manager will coordinate and control the operations on the assigned portfolio of assets, taking responsibility to plan, organize, evaluate, and monitor TAM and O&M activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support EPC Provisional Acceptance and punch-list closure processes, together with TERIb EPC department
2. Define technical plans and economic budgets for site operation and maintenance activities at the assigned assets
3. Organize, supervise execution, and monitor all O&M tasks at the assigned cluster, ensuring compliance of technical KPIs and OPEX
4. Contribute to the definition and lead the implementation of the procurement and outsourcing strategy for O&M services and materials
5. Control and monitor the status of the assigned operational assets, detect technical issues, and monitor their resolution
6. Manage technical warranties
7. Coordinate and supervise the main contracts for technical supplies at the assigned assets
8. Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and partners involved in TAM and O&M activities
9. Support other TERIb departments regarding technical and economical aspects related to O&M
10. Supervise compliance with current and new technical regulatory requirements
11. Coordinate and conduct Intermediate Acceptance / Final Acceptance processes with contractors
12. Communicate and coordinate with the Asset Manager on all aspects related to technical operations and performances
13. Facilitate and ensure the application of group’s Health, Safety, Security, and Social responsibility policies during O&M activities
14. Participate in regular meetings and ensure return of experience within TotalEnergies
This position is located in Madrid office (Spain), with periodic site visits and occasional travels to other project sites as well as to other locations of TotalEnergies branches.
