Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the company's sales strategy.
* Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities.
* Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring high performance.
* Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring profitability and long-term client relationships.
* Stay ahead of market trends, policy changes, and competitive dynamics to inform business strategy.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with project execution.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales leadership roles.
* Strong understanding of the renewable energy market and key industry players .
* A track record of closing large-scale deals and securing key partnerships.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate sales teams to exceed targets.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
* Willingness to travel within Spain and internationally as needed.
