Sales & Commercial Manager | East Spain
WHAT WILL YOU DO: ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the CCO, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand our market share, increase sales, and strengthen customer relationships in the airports of the region. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure the success of our business in Spain.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Analysis and Strategy:
* Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges in the Spanish market.
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively managing and expanding the customer base.
Market Expansion:
* Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand market presence.
* Develop and implement market entry strategies for new product launches.
Customer Relationship Management:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
* Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction to enhance customer loyalty.
Team Leadership and Collaboration are crucial for working with cross functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive overall business success.
