We are hiring a Client Advisor 40 hr for our Emporio Armani Store in Paseo de Gracia.
Your role as an ambassador for our brand is to ensure that all of our clients enjoy their entire shopping experience.
YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS
* Excellent attention to all customers ensuring that they are properly advised on collections.
* Fulfill individual and store objectives.
* Build strong customer relationships, collecting customer CRM details for customer portfolio and following up with them.
* Maintain store standards and guidelines regarding behavior, stock, and product.
* Stay updated on our collections, fashion trends, and be a fan of our brand.
PROFILE
* At least 2 years of experience in fashion sales.
* Good presence and communication skills.
* Passionate about Fashion.
* Proficient in English and Spanish.
