Internship: Service Commercial Support Intern

Location: Madrid
Type: 6-months internship (you need to be enrolled as a student, we will be signing convenio de practicas with your school/university)
Time: 35h/week in morning schedule
Expected Start Date: as soon as possible
Service Commercial Support will help us to grow business for our Service and Maintenance Services.
Your role:
• Responsible for analyzing and preparing relevant service performance data from the Philips Installed Base to present these insights to our customers, highlighting the value of our services.
• Enhancing the quality of documentation shared with customers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Supporting the execution of deliverables under evolutive contracts, including analyzing eligible customers and planning the execution of deliverables in alignment with key stakeholders such as Business Units, Account Managers, and Project Managers.
• You will be reporting to Service Business Manager, you will join young, dynamic and fun Customer Service Business Team consisting of 4 people, but also you will be in contact with internal stakeholders across various teams in the company. The team is responsible for localizing and deploying strategies for the Service Maintenance of various medical devices previously purchased by our clients.
• It will be a 6-months, remunerated internship. We work in a hybrid mode, our office is located in Sanchinarro, Madrid.
You're the right fit if:
1. You are currently studying towards a bachelor or master in Business Analysis, ADE or other Engineering degree (you must be able to sign a "convenio de practicas" with your univeristy) You can commit 35h/week in a morning schedule.
2. You are passionate about business. You know how to analyze data and draw conclusions from it. You preferably work with MS Excel and Power BI.
3. You speak fluent Spanish and English.
4. You have proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role.
