They have created a new position for a Senior Service Manager to join their team and lead a team including Incident, Problem and Change Managers.In this role you will mentor a high-performing team which will include coaching and promoting a culture of continuous learning. You will lead the development of Incident, Problem and Change strategies as well as policies and governance to ensure consistency, compliance and alignment with the ITIL framework.
