About the team:
This role reports to the Business Developer Director and focuses on business development for the Mediktor Professional solution, which aims to enhance clinical processes, particularly in Emergency departments.
The primary objective is to attract new clients in the Middle East, increasing the company's turnover in the assigned segment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and analysis in the assigned segment and region (Middle East).
• Understand client needs and challenges to adapt the offer and create a compelling value proposition.
• Identify, develop, and close business relationships with Clinical Organizations (hospitals, hospital groups, health systems, public healthcare organizations) that will use the Mediktor Professional solution.
• Potentially establish partnerships to facilitate reaching the end customer.
• Collaborate with technical, product, and clinical teams to produce proposals defining the most suitable value proposition.
• Develop, negotiate, and close trade agreements.
• Apply and utilize the company's procedures and tools (CRM) to ensure commercial operations consistency.
• Locate and propose new business opportunities and value propositions.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of international experience in Business Development, preferably in similar positions within the health sector and negotiating with Hospitals or health organizations in the Middle East.
* Experience in the technology sector, digital applications, and artificial intelligence applied to the Health sector, as well as experience in B2B sales and SaaS solutions.
* Familiarity with negotiating C-Level positions and results-oriented, maximizing benefits for clients.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
* Experience working with Hospital information Systems (clinical side) and Emergency Room-related solutions is valued.
* Experience in developing complex tenders and contracts is also valued.
Languages:
* Arabic Native or Bilingual (required)
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
