Requirements and Competence:
Strategy and Management:
1. Support and comply with the content marketing strategy aligned with the business and portfolio objectives provided by management for assigned events.
2. Lead the people on your work team for the timely and objective fulfillment of activities, as well as monitor the fulfillment of the work of editorial freelancers.
3. Support in budget control of each assigned event, giving a timely report to content management.
4. Support to the commercial areas of each portfolio for the sales orientation of content sponsorships.
5. Implement agile methodologies to improve the adaptability and operational efficiency of the assigned team.
Physical Content:
1. Create, coordinate and propose new improvement strategies for the in-person content of the shows.
2. Define and shape the conference program and all content areas of the event, confirm speakers and provide timely follow-up from the beginning to the completion of the event.
3. Support in the coordination and logistical monitoring of the sponsored content of each event.
Digital Content:
1. Create, coordinate and monitor the digital content of the programs with the team: Content Blog, Video interviews, Industry Reports, Ebooks, etc.
2. Propose and implement new strategies and formats of digital content to the content management of the different shows.
3. Support in the coordination and logistical monitoring of the sponsored content of each event.
PR Activities:
1. Monitor, comply with and maintain the relationship with associations and strategic partners of the assigned events.
2. Search for associations and media that can strengthen the events.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Marketing, Administration, Public Relations, Communication, Journalism and related areas.
2. Advanced English.
3. Experience in strategic marketing plan and people/team management: 2-4 years.
4. Strong Copywriting Skills: Proficient in crafting compelling and persuasive copy that resonates with the target audience, drives engagement, and communicates key messages effectively.
5. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
6. People Skills: Adept at forming strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and consumers.
7. Experience in Events.
8. Experience in Development Content.
9. MS Office.
10. Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress: Basic Webpage publication skills.
11. Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
