The Opportunity
We're seeking an accomplished Sales/Commercial Responsible for the Madrid region in Italy to join Yoann BEGUIN's team. This role offers the chance to:

Key Responsibilities
Business Development (70%)
* Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, mainly in the public sector.
* Generate and qualify leads
* Conduct meetings with key decision-makers to present Fonroche solutions.
* Prepare and negotiate proposals
* Secure contracts to meet revenue targets
Strategic Planning (20%)
* Co-develop and refine market strategies
* Optimize sales tools and processes
* Adapt global initiatives for the local market
Market Presence (10%)
* Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairs
* Organize and participate in networking events
* Build relationships with key influencers
* Enhance company reputation in Spain.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years of relevant experience
* Proven track record in B2G/B2B sales, preferably with disruptive technologies
* Experience managing sales agent networks
* Native spanish and conversational English proficiency
* Willingness to travel regularly within Madrid region
