Role Responsibilities
* Manage all lifecycle of employees - inductions, onboardings, inputs to payroll, benefits management.
* Provide first level support to employees and managers on the resolution of HR issues/enquiries.
* Support to the Internal communications
* Support HR programs and policies including compensation, benefits and training.
* Manage benefits for employees and collaborate in the different HR projects of the department.
* Manage Payroll Process and Activities including gathering changes from different sources and being the point of contact for external payroll provider as well as employees.
* Ensures Employee Relations legal requirements are met at a local level to minimize exposure and liability.
* Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity. Update knowledge base, program documentation, training materials and templates for future inquiries as required.
* FUNDAE and ETT ́s management in Segovia Plant
* Update the employees archive (physical and online) in order to have the right information for each profile.
* Makes regular audits of the HR information and keep updated the systems with all the HR database.
* Pre-closings and monthly closings.
* General administrative tasks and support within the department.
* EHS compliance in your area of responsibility, Lean, Administrative excellence, Backup in Customs tasks
* Comply with the H&S requirements indicated in their H&S job cards.
* Comply with IMS requirements.
* Inform their superiors of any incident of H&S, Environment incidents Quality or Food Safety), that may affect the integrity of the operator.
* Responsible for complying with Quality, Food Safety, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety measures in their area of responsibility.
* Comply with the good hygienic practices defined by the organization

Education/Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Management Information Systems, or other relevant subject.
* At least 2 year of experience administering employee data using Success Factors or a similar HRIS system
* Experience with SAP
* Training in HR.
* 2- 3 years’experience in similar duties and responsibilities
Languages
- Fluent in Spanish
- Good level of English
