We’re a driven team developing innovative spacecraft technologies, including advanced high-autonomy GNC systems and reusable heatshields.
As a Senior GNC Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and refining the Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) architecture that powers our missions.
What You’ll Do
Develop and test scalable GNC algorithms to meet evolving spacecraft requirements.
Design simulators to model dynamics, sensors, and actuators.
Select onboard sensors and actuators and analyse vehicle configurations.
Conduct simulation and analysis campaigns to optimize mission performance.
Integrate GNC software with hardware, supporting MIL/SIL/PIL/HIL testing.
Collaborate with software engineering to ensure real-time system performance.
Mentor and support junior team members.
What We’re Looking For
We know no candidate has everything, but here’s what we’re looking for:
Education : PhD in Aerospace, Software, or related engineering fields. Experience : 1-3 years in GNC Engineering, preferably in aerospace or related fields. Expertise in Navigation or Control, including:
Modelling and simulation of spacecraft dynamics.
Advanced control techniques (e.g., PID, robust control, nonlinear control, H-infinity...)
Sensor fusion and estimation of star trackers, GNSS, IMUs, cameras... (Extended kalman filtering, unscented filtering,...).
Hands-on experience, including research or extracurricular engineering projects.

We’re also open to candidates from other industries, such as robotics, automotive, or defence, with relevant experience in control systems and navigation.
