This is a truly unique opportunity to play a key role in developing the European market, working independently, and remotely. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the European market, exceptional business development skills, and the ability to manage relationships with customers across multiple countries.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting new customers and accounts in the paper and paperboard industry.Customer Relationships: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.Sales Targets: Achieve revenue and volume targets set by management.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as quality concerns, delivery delays, and other customer problems.Market Monitoring: Monitor and report on market and competitor activity, customer trends, and industry developments.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales management role within paper industry.Industry Knowledge: Experience in selling Speciality paper with a proven track record.Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory.Education: A completed Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ensuring supply chain integrity and commitment to the Sustainable Roadmap Vision 2030 are crucial to APP's operations.
