Responsible for ensuring the achievement of business targets at the store level through seamless daily operations.
Major Deliverables
1. Improves store personnel’s product knowledge by providing training to existing and newly-hired amusement staff to provide them with extensive knowledge.
2. Checks schedule and performance of the team.
3. Keeps track of store performance.
4. Conducts sales analysis to increase sales, and recommends marketing strategies to further improve the performance of the store based on his analysis with competitors.
5. Must promote and set an example of excellent customer service at all times.
6. Ensures proper coordination between stores and head office support units to address operational concerns.
7. Responsible for the overall profitability of the store.
8. Responsible for timely submission of sales and plantilla reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
