In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to customers and the sales organization. Key responsibilities include:
* Promptly responding to customer inquiries and keeping them updated on the status of their requests.
* Ensuring purchase orders are accurately and timely placed into the ERP system as well as delivered to the customers.
* Working closely with production, supply chain, and distribution to fulfill customer demands.
* Proactive communication with customers about any changes in the order fulfillment cycle and mitigating delays by liaising with key stakeholders.
* Managing customer sample orders and inventory reserves, providing necessary documentation, creating quotations, and resolving service complaints in collaboration with other stakeholders.
Who you are:
* Ideally educated to a BA degree.
* Proficient in English; knowledge of the following languages is an advantage: Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch.
* Experience working within a fast-paced service-related role, ideally within customer service, sales support, logistics, or supply chain environment is an advantage.
* Collaborative and attentive to details.
* Have strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
