What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the BU Director to have seamless operations, maintain a strong and trustful customer relationship, and deliver reporting to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams (BU level and European level).
What will you do on a day-to-day basis:
1. Operations Control: Oversee the end-to-end operational processes, monitor daily operations in order to identify risks, develop procedures to improve productivity, ensure SLA´s signed within customer agreements and collaborate with internal teams (ops, finance, HR,…) to ensure smooth execution and increase internal coordination.
2. Reporting: Analyze KPI´s, generate reports related to operations excellence and reports to our European team (levers e.g.), prepare performance reviews per customer and provide insights through data analysis.
3. Customer relationship management: Address customer concerns and complaints, anticipate future customer needs, identify possible up-selling opportunities and prepare customized solutions to meet expectations and improve coordination and results.
