As a Customer Care Intern, you will be mainly responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and reporting directly to the Customer Care supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.Your JourneyProvide professional, prompt, and friendly guest support by listening to guests and responding in a way that exceeds their expectations.Identify and troubleshoot the issues accordingly using available resources.Respond to inquiries and handle guest queries by telephone, email, Whatsapp, Facebook, etc.Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.For us, every day is filled with purpose.What do you bring to your tripSpanish & English proficiency is required.
