Orion Corporation’s Generics and Consumer Health organization in the Baltics is now looking for a Sales Manager, Estonia (Tallinn) with strong experience from a customer facing role to join our organization. You will be responsible for the Estonian sales performance and management together with the Baltics region marketing and sales professionals.
Description of role
You will act as the Sales Manager responsible for the Estonian sales performance and management. Your target customer group will consist of pharmacies, wholesalers, doctors, nurses and consumers as its main target groups.
Key responsibilities for this role include the following:
1. You will be one of the key players in the translation of the customer-oriented sales strategy for domestic sales into practice.
2. Maintain and develop customers network.
3. Participation in the planning of sales messages and campaigns as a member of the team and practical implementation within Estonia.
4. Analyse the sales performance of your area of responsibility and translate your findings into clear actions.
5. Manage and develop sales methodologies according to customer needs.
6. Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
You will work in an innovative way cost-effectively and profitably, without losing sight of Orion’s code of conduct, values, ethics and rules and guidelines.

Requirements
To be the successful Sales Manager you will possess the following educational and professional work experience:
1. Experience in a managerial role in the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Evidence of a successful track record of working in sales.
3. Ability to demand performance from yourself and your team that exceeds set targets.
4. Commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare or science education.
5. Pharmacy and/or healthcare experience would be an advantage.
6. Fluency in Estonian and English (written and verbal).
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and/or cross-country teams, leveraging open communication, teamwork and a proactive approach to contribute to collective success. You work with clients and other internal stakeholders with confidence, using your good collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills. You enjoy challenge and responsibility, getting things done together with the team. You are also used to working on several projects at the same time and have no difficulty in taking a broad view of things. We hope that you have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales and pre-personal tasks. The role will require occasional travel within the region.
