Position OverviewAs an ERP Business Analyst, you will assist the various companies within the company in deploying and implementing a standardized ERP solution based on Dynamics 365. You will be the expert in several supply chain-related functional areas (sales, purchasing, inventory, production, planning, inventory, and warehouse management). You will act as a liaison between different stakeholders and guide local teams through this digital transformation.ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT Development Team:You will work on projects with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Initially, you will support the external partner; after 12 to 18 months, you will lead the further roll-out of the ERP in various branches.You will serve as the link between business and IT, coordinating with various stakeholders.You will organize workshops to gather business requirements and develop these into a business analysis.You will be responsible for analyzing and modeling current business processes in our various business units and departments.You will support the creation of new business processes or the improvement of existing ones.You will monitor project deliveries in terms of content and validate whether the results meet expectations.QualificationsYou have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a business analyst.You are strong in communicating with various stakeholders.You have an analytical mindset, can think critically, and work independently.You take ownership and do not deliver incomplete work, but you are pragmatic enough to achieve your goals when necessary.You have experience documenting processes, preferably using BPMN.Experience with D365 is essential.Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.You are fluent in English and Spanish.You will be responsible for implementing and rolling out the solution in Spain.In a second phase, you will take on a role in the internal D365 competence team to roll out and service entities in other regions.You are willing to travel to various sites.
