We are seeking candidates with experience in managing construction projects and related processes that involve the use of high-performance coatings and passive fire protection. The position will focus on small to medium size companies and projects. This position will manage a territory of applicators as well as small construction company owners and influencers. The ideal candidate will be located in Barcelona.Key Responsibilities:This position is reporting to the Carboline General Manager - Spain Portugal whose office is in Barcelona. Part of the tasks will be:Manage and provide technical support for Protective Coatings (Primers, Epoxy and Polyurethane finish coats Linings) as well as Passive Fire Protection products (Mortars, Fireproof Paints and Plates) and acoustic and thermal mortars.Define the requirement list and technical solutions, certifications and legislation requirements with the local authorities.Develop and manage a sales strategy focusing on the best opportunities in the territory.Negotiate with customers in each market the conditions of sales, delivery and price. Leading and tracking our projects to ensure all requirements are available in the project report.Continuous collaboration with the project members within the construction phase in case of need.Continuous collaboration with the Global SSG team members within the construction phase where applicable.After the project has been awarded to an applicator, organize and lead project meetings with the project participants (such as architects and engineers, etc.) to ensure successful completion.
