WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, driving strategic sales initiatives and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Sales & Business Development:
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the senior living and long-stay markets.
* Developing and executing sales strategies that align with company growth objectives.
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Negotiating and closing deals that create long-term value for both the clients and the company.
Market & Industry Engagement:
* Acting as an ambassador for the company at industry events, networking meetings, and trade fairs.
* Keeping a pulse on market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies and identify potential partnerships.
* Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to enhance service offerings and brand positioning.
Cross-Department Coordination:
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and client projects.
* Providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

* At least 2 years of experience in sales within the hospitality, tourism, or senior living industries.
* In-depth understanding of the senior living and long-stay accommodation market.
* A natural ability to build rapport, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive, goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in office tools and CRM systems to track performance and streamline operations.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are highly valued.
* Willingness to travel as needed to strengthen client relationships and explore new opportunities.
